Steelers Are Super Bowl Champs-Posters To Celebrate!

February 2, 2009

It’s official folks, the Pittsburgh Steelers are Super Bowl champions! The Steelers capped off a tremendous 15-4 season with a victory over the Arizona Cardinals by a score of 27-23. The Steelers were an excellent team throughout the regular season, having only lost 1 game by a margin of more than 7 points. If the Steelers seamed tough to beat in the regular season, then they were a force to be reckoned with in the playoffs, as they were nearly perfect in all aspects of their game.

The Steelers entered the playoffs with the league leading defense, anchored by Troy Polamalu. Unlike in years past, when Jack Lambert, Joe Greene, LC Greenwood and Jack Ham lead the team, the 2008-2009 squad relied more on their potent offense. With Ben Roethlisberger at the forefront, Hines Ward and Willie Parker as his two premier weapons, the Steelers brought the city of Pittsburgh it’s 6th NFL championship!

To celebrate the Pittsburgh Steelers triumph in Super Bowl 43, we here at Sports Poster Warehouse are proud to present 2 brand new commemorative posters!
